About us
KCS has a renowned track record of successfully supporting young people and staff with professional counselling in primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and alternative provisions.
Recognising every school is different, offering our attuned approach to pupils, staff and senior leadership objectives.
Our founding director
Debbie Owen began a career in education in 1999. After qualifying as an accredited BACP counsellor/psychotherapist she was commissioned to provide North West Kent’s first professional school counselling service.
She also joined the therapy team for the Bromley Borough Out Reach Service, providing counselling and consultancy for schools across Bromley and South London.
